I vote for reduction to team sizes to four. I remember hearing that if they did reduce it to four, they could probably do team syncing for FW as an actual option. Plus that reduces the chances of team stacking.

Have you considered making scaling LP payouts according to a Faction's current demand? IE if Gallente or Minmatar have huge amounts of players wanting to join a FW match, while Caldari and Amarr have significantly less, the demand would be higher ...

From when I stole a few ADS with no ADS skills, I noticed no issue in my ability to kill with a missle turret (without any sort of increased rotation skills). An ADS doesn't need bonus skills to excel...
